Privacy
We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to talk to you about an order or an enquiry, and we don't sell or share it.
What we collect
- Your name, email and phone number, when you request an order or send us an enquiry.
- What's in your bag at the time — we don't store this ourselves; it lives only in your browser.
- Anything you choose to tell us about a commission or enquiry (occasion, budget, notes, and so on).
We don't currently take payment on the site, so we never see or store card details. There are no accounts to sign up for — checkout is guest-only.
Your bag
The pieces you've added to your bag are saved in your own browser's local storage, on your device. We don't see this until you submit an order request, and it never leaves your browser before then.
How we use it
To get in touch about your order or enquiry: confirming the piece, shipping and payment, or talking through a commission. That's it — we don't use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to (for example, leaving your email for a Private Curation update).
Who sees it
Our own small team, and Supabase, the database provider that stores this information securely on our behalf. Once we add online payment, we'll add the payment provider here too, and this page will say so.
Cookies and tracking
We don't currently run analytics or advertising trackers. The only thing stored in your browser is your bag, which is essential to how the shop works.
Your details
Write to us any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, at hello@akwete.example.
Changes
We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes — for example, once we add online payment.
